Villa ace Young: Kid brothers will make it at Watford

Aston Villa winger Ashley Young is backing his younger brothers to follow him into the Premiership.

18-year-old Lewis and 11-year-old Kyle are both with Championship promotion hopefuls Watford and Young is confident they will make the grade.

It was Watford who provided Young with his grounding before he completed an £8million move to Villa during the January 2007 transfer window.

Young said: "I have three brothers - one older and two younger. My two younger brothers are both at Watford. One is 18 and one is 11, Lewis and Kyle.

"They are both doing well. Lewis has played for the reserve side and I don't see any reason why they won't come through the ranks. They are both extremely good players and hopefully one day I will get to play with them or against them.

"That is what I have always wanted. It has always been a bit of a dream of mine for that to happen. I would love to play with them - even better play against them.

"They both play upfront or on the wing and are pretty versatile. I am pretty sure they will make it."
