Viking sporting director Egil Ostenstad is coy over their interest for Fulham striker Erik Nevland.

Reports in the Norwegian press had claimed that Fulham boss Roy Hodgson recently held talks with Ostenstad about a possible transfer.

However, Ostenstad refused to respond to the story, saying: "I have no comments on this."
