Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic has told Wayne Rooney that he is hurting the club.
The Serbian defender wants all the talk surrounding the England striker's choice to leave the club to stop and wants the players to get on with the job at hand, with or without Rooney.
"When he [Rooney] is going around talking about the bad playing or something happening around the club and, before, about the Glazers, it is not good for the players and not good for the team," he said.
"It has happened before because players will always negotiate with the club about their contract and there has been so much talking in the papers. We are just trying to train and not speak too much."
