Nemanja Vidic says there's no excuses for Manchester United's back-to-back defeats.

Vidic admits the players were disappointed after the setbacks against both Bayern Munich and Chelsea, but says it's vital they move forward and focus on putting things right today.

"We were down after the first Bayern game, but we can't allow ourselves to be down again," he told MUTV.

"We need to face facts that we have been disappointing in the last two games, but we also need to keep our heads up and not feel sorry for ourselves.

"We must make sure we finish this season well."
