England captain Steven Gerrard played a starring role as the Three Lions qualified for the 2014 World Cup on Tuesday night.
The Liverpool skipper netted a late goal in the 2-0 win over Poland in London to help send his side to the finals in Brazil next year and he was on a massive high after leading the team to football's pinnacle.
