Former Deportivo La Coruña and Olympiakos boss Víctor Sánchez del Amo is set to take charge of Real Betis.

AS says Gus Poyet, 48, is expected to leave Betis just six months after his appointment, with the Seville-based outfit 14th in the Spanish top flight.

Los Verdiblancos have lost four of their last five games - including a 6-1 home thrashing by Real Madrid - leaving them two points off the relegation zone.
