Valencia winger Vicente says they can take heart from last night's 0-0 draw at Chelsea.

The result eliminated Los Che from all European competition this season, but Vicente says there's a lot of positives to come out of the stalemate.

He said: "We began quite loose, without aggression. Chelsea had several clear chances, but little by little we have grown in confidence, we had a pair of chances to score... The important thing was not to lose and to follow the instructions of the trainer (Ronald Koeman).

"We know that we must work hard to score goals. The team does not have confidence, but we're trying to again find a way to score. We have had a series of important injuries, but this is the same every year.

"We must look forward and work with what we have."
