Jan Vertonghen has no regrets over his move to Tottenham.

Vertonghen was one of the most sought-after defenders in Europe in the summer, with Arsenal and Manchester United also keen on him.

But he maintained he has no regrets about choosing Tottenham.

He went on: "They have the best players in the world and we have an amazing team so I'm very happy I made this decision.

"Of course we need to adapt to each other. A lot of players are injured. But when everyone is back I think we'll have one of the strongest teams in the league."
