Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen felt they could've done better in their 1-1 draw at Europa League opponents Maribor.
Back in a central defensive role, Vertonghen was inches away from winning Spurs' third match in Group J when his 25-yarder whistled just wide in the final minute as it ended 1-1 in Slovenia.
"Maribor is a tough opponent and they are always strong in the Europa League, but we feel disappointed because we hoped to win here," he told the Spurs website.
"We have two home games to come and the group is still open, so we're all confident we can make it into the next round."
