Jan Vertonghen believes he will be fit for Tottenham's Premier League kickoff.
Vertonghen has revealed he is on course to be fit in time for the club's opening game against Crystal Palace next week.
The Belgium international said: "I'm making a lot of progress and I'm starting to run. I hope next week I'll be very close. I'll do all I can to be fit."
