Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen says they're out of the title race.
Vertonghen believes holders Manchester City and local rivals Manchester United are battling it out for top spot by themselves.
He said: "City and United are competing for the championship, the rest of the teams are competing for third and fourth place and I hope we can be there."
