Pim Verbeek has announced his Socceroos squad that will take on Holland and Oman in upcoming fixtures. The Dutch coach recalled his overseas-based stars including Tim Cahill, Harry Kewell and Lucas Neill for the friendly against Holland and the Asian Cup qualifier with Oman on October 10 (in Sydney) and 14 (in Melbourne) respectively.
Verbeek has also recalled Blackburn midfielder Brett Emerton who has been out of action for much of the past nine months with a knee injury.
