Venezia coach Pippo Inzaghi has hinted he's on his way to Bologna after losing their promotion playoff to Palermo.

The Lagunari were beaten 1-0 last night, 2-1 on aggregate, by Palermo in the play-off semi-finals.

“I would've liked to get Venezia into Serie A. Tomorrow I have an appointment with the club and we'll talk about the future," Inzaghi told Sky Sport Italia.

“My contract is due to expire, I'll listen to what the club has to say and we'll see if I should continue this adventure.

“Venezia has given me so much, the club believed in me and my staff."
