Venables: Spurs can win title even if beaten at Man City

Former Tottenham boss Terry Venables feels they can afford defeat tomorrow to Manchester City and still win the title.

City host Spurs tomorrow.

Venables told The Sun: "It would be a huge setback but it would not be fatal. They could still win the title if they lost at the Etihad.

"They just need to keep in touch with the leaders as long as possible because they have an excellent run-in — their last six games are against Norwich (H), Bolton (A), QPR (A), Blackburn (H), Aston Villa (A) and Fulham (H)."
