Former Chelsea striker Terry Venables says Andre Villas-Boas doesn't deserve all the blame for the club's struggles this season.

El Tel wrote in The Sun : "There are others who must shoulder some of the responsibility for his, and the club's, current predicament.

"Like, for instance, those who employed him and those who have been deployed by him.

"Yes, the men above and below him are also partly to blame."
