Former England coach Terry Venables is delighted seeing Aston Villa winger Ashley Young prove himself on the international stage.
Young is fast establishing himself as a first-choice for England coach Fabio Capello.
Venables told The Sun: "I have long championed the England cause of the Aston Villa man and against Wales he proved me right.
"We have no other attacking player like him and this formation fits him perfectly. He can play left, right or, if need be, through the centre."
