Vazquez desperate for first Swansea goal

Swansea City striker Alvaro Vazquez is eager to open his scoring account.

He is soon hoping his first goal will come.

"My first aim is to help the team, but I am a striker so of course I would like to score," he told the Swansea Evening Post.

"I haven't set any goal targets, hopefully I can get my first goal soon and move on from there.

"On and off the pitch I'm feeling really good. There are a lot of Spanish players here and I feel at home.

"This was the best offer I could have hoped for and I couldn't wait to accept when my agent told me about Swansea's interest. I said straight away 'let's go to Swansea.'

"I was really happy to come here and have a chance to play in the Premier League.

"I was really excited and I hope to do well."
