Vasco da Gama starlet Alex Teixeira wanted by Man Utd

Vasco da Gama starlet Alex Teixeira is being watched by Manchester United.

The Sun says the Brazilian attacker is a target for United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Alex revealed United tried to sign him earlier this year, but couldn't agree terms with Vasco. The youngster is currently in Egypt leading Brazil at the U20 World Championships.
