West Ham United are eyeing Belgium defender Anthony vanden Borre.

The Mirror says the 24-year-old arrived in London on Wednesday in a bid to win a deal with the Hammers after leaving Genk in his homeland in the summer.

Vanden Borre, who had a spell at Portsmouth a couple of years ago, can play at right-back or on the right wing.
