Struggling MLS outfit Vancouver Whitecaps have waived centre-back Mouloud Akloul and left-back Blake Wagner.
Whitecaps coach Tom Soehn has decided to make some changes as he looks to improve in the final stages of the season which so far has been a disaster for the first-year franchise.
28-year old Frenchman Akloul was using one of the 'Caps' 10 international spots and had made just eight appearances this season whilst 23-year old Wagner had started on just nine occasions but only once under Soehn.
