Vancouver Whitecaps have re-signed goalkeeper Jay Nolly in what is a major boost for the club.
The Whitecaps, who are preparing to play in the new North American Soccer League next season, announced they signed the 27-year old to a new one-year deal, plus an option.
The Florida native won the Whitecaps Most Valuable Player award this season - a year where the club were runners-up in the United Soccer League's First Division.
Nolly will now go into his third year with the club after previously having played for Real Salt Lake and DC United in MLS.
