Van Persie taunts Man Utd players: Arsenal wanted it more

Arsenal striker Robin van Persie questioned Manchester United's spirit after yesterday's victory. Van Persie was still frustrated by the blatant hand-ball from United skipper Nemanja Vidic that was missed in the first-half.

The Dutch striker furiously confronted the linesman after the incident and said after the match: "It was a clear penalty and in my opinion a straight red.

"I'm sure if the referee sees it again then he will agree with me.

"We wanted it more. It was a fair result. It was all about pride. It was up to us to show some dignity and some honour. We did that so we're very pleased with that."
