After their amazing victory over Bolton Wanderers, Arsenal striker Robin van Persie insists their title charge is still on.
Van Persie said: "After an hour we were 2-0 down, it was pouring with rain and we were playing Bolton away - it couldn't have been any worse. It was unbelievable what happened - a little miracle that we summoned the strength to fight back and win from that position.
"But this was a big win. We haven't won here in the league for six years. It's a massive result."
Arsenal's miserable league form was threatening to spill over into their vital Champions League quarter-final against Liverpool on Wednesday.
But this will have put a spring in their step. Van Persie added: "If we'd lost here it would have been a terrible way to go into the Liverpool game.
"But we can go into that match with confidence. It's a while since we won a game and we were saying to each other before the game that we couldn't afford to drop points.
"We told each other we just had to win - it didn't matter how, even if it was in the last minute. But after an hour that target was as far away as it's possible to imagine."
