Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy has again admitted he fell out with Sir Alex Ferguson in the final months of his time at Manchester United.

"Last year was good for me," said Van Nistelrooy. "Only the final months in Manchester were not good because of my problems with Ferguson.

"But now I feel better than ever."
