Van Gaal wants £100M German trio at Man Utd

Louis van Gaal plans to go German at Manchester United this summer. The Daily Mail says Holland coach Van Gaal is locked in talks with United about taking the manager's job.

The Dutchman is seeking assurances that transfer funds will extend to the signing of the three German players he thinks United need.

As well as Bayern Munich's Toni Kroos, Van Gaal wants Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus and Mats Hummels.

Their combined cost could be in excess of £100million
