Louis van Gaal has implored his Manchester United side to quickly recoil from Monday night's FA Cup elimination.
The Red Devils exited at the hands of Arsenal by losing 2-1 in the quarter-final at Old Trafford but van Gaal hopes it only gives them the motivation to focus on the remaining 10 Premier League fixtures.
"We have to recover, but I cannot say that the motivation of my team was bad," said van Gaal.
"No, it is always good (for motivation). We have showed today a fantastic fighting spirit."
Fourth-placed United next take on sixth-placed Tottenham in a vital league clash at Old Trafford this coming weekend.
