Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is prepared to try for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The Mirror says Val Gaal admires Vidal and admits he tried to sign the Juventus midfielder when he was in charge of Bayern Munich.
Vidal is back on the radar of the new United boss and he is considering a £30million offer for the Chile World Cup star.
Vidal, 27, is settled in Turin, but would be open to the idea of joining United if they could persuade Juventus to do business, according to reports in Italy.
