Holland coach Louis van Gaal has revealed Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm could be on the move this week.

Vorm is being linked with Liverpool.

And Van Gaal said: "It is the world of football.

"It is always in the process. Also with Michel Vorm we have another five players who are negotiating with other clubs.

"That is football. You cannot delete it, you have to manage it."
