Sergio Van Dijk rapped Queensland Roar's tactics for their defeat at Melbourne Victory on Friday night. The Dutch striker told the Courier Mail: "You could say that (we were too negative).
"But the thing is Melbourne has a lot of classy players and if you go full-on into attack, you give a lot of space away.
"I think that you can't give that sort of space to Archie (Thompson) and Danny (Allsopp). You could see in the second half, when we were pressing for a draw, that's when they looked the most dangerous."
