Rafael van der Vaart has reaffirmed his happiness at Tottenham.
The Holland midfielder was outstanding in his first season in England last term.
"Tottenham is a very warm club, I really enjoy it," Van der Vaart told Voetbal International.
"The training accommodation is very old at Tottenham, but I still like it. We sit on wooden benches and the first time I stepped into the shower, there was not even hot water from the tap. It really made me think of my time as a youth player.
"Tottenham is also very much a family club more than Real Madrid. My son once came to see me train and then ran onto the field, but that was no problem. And Harry Redknapp may spend fifteen minutes with your family just talking in the cafeteria."
