Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart isn't surprised to hear Barcelona are interested in Luka Modric.
The Croatia international is a confirmed target for Barca coach Pep Guardiola, who is a big fan of the midfielder.
Former Real Madrid ace Van der Vaart said: "I get along very well with him.
"He is a very technical midfielder, a typical player for Spain."
