Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar has declared there's "life after Cristiano". Asked about playing without Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo this season, Van der Sar said: "Cristiano was a player of such quality that we had to change the way we play. But he has gone.
"Of course, we all just want the best for him and that everything is strange without him, but we still have 11 players on the pitch and what we do now is all the players must score goals.
"Fortunately, there is life after Cristiano."
