Edwin van der Sar was delighted with Manchester United's 5-2 victory over the MLS Allstars.
It came quickly on from United's defeat to Kansas City Wizards earlier in the week.
"We were disappointed with the way we played and the result in Kansas City," Van der Sar told ManUtd.com. "It was 10 against 11 for a lot of the game and we had enough chances to equalise.
"We changed the system a little bit tonight and went with a 4-3-3 and I think it worked well. The players were determined to do well after the loss in Kansas City and we're pleased with how things went.
"To play an All-Star game in front of a great crowd and get the win was a good experience."
