Van Basten urges AC Milan to keep hold of Pato

AC Milan legend Marco van Basten has urged the club not to sell Alexandre Pato.

Pato is a January target for PSG.

“Pato is young, strong and he’s someone who scores goals,” the Dutchman is quoted as saying. “It would be a mistake to sell him.

“Only some serious financial problems at the club could justify his sale, otherwise letting him go wouldn’t be an acceptable decision.”
