Barcelona plan to reopen talks with Liverpool for Philippe Coutinho this month.

Having failed with three offers for the Brazilian over the summer, Barca intend to try again for the January market.

El Mundo Deportivo says Barca officials are set to travel to Anfield later this month in order for talks to progress before the January window.

Barca coach Ernesto Valverde wants confirmation on whether or not Liverpool are willing to sell as soon as possible with the Catalan giants facing a busy schedule in the new year.

It's suggested Barca will bid an estimated £71 million with an addition of £26 million in bonuses to secure the signing. An offer which will fall well short of Liverpool's valuation.
