Athletic Bilbao coach Ernesto Valverde was delighted with their 3-2 Europa League win at Augsburg.
Aritz Aduriz struck twice in the five-goal thriller.
"I'm aware that there are things we have to improve on and also that Augsburg are a good side. Sometimes you deserve to win but don't and it leaves you with a bad taste. We've won and we'll be self-critical, but not publicly. We're going to make the most of the situation," said Valverde.
On Aduriz, he added: “Goalscorers live off goals. Aduriz's performance had not been that brilliant, but goals fix everything. Against Granada we had clearer chances than the ones tonight and we didn't score any of them. Today we were decisive. A goal for a striker makes his game, and it does the same for a whole team."
