Valenciennes captain Ouaddou wants Premiership return

Valenciennes captain Abdeslam Ouaddou wants a return to the Premiership.

The former Fulham defender, who attracted interest from Tottenham last season, said: "Frankly, I would be interested in it (returning to The Premier League).

"After my three years at Valenciennes, why not? I would come back there with a lot of pleasure.

"My English years influenced me. But I wasn't mature enough."

The 28-year-old thinks he could play in The Premier League despite being over 30.

"What is good with the English is that beyond the age of 30, if you are good, they trust you.

"Age is not a problem for them."
