After having an offer for Lyon striker Karim Benzema accepted last night, Marca says Real are now stepping up talks with Valencia for winger David Silva.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has put aside around £22 million to convince Valencia to sell Silva and secure him to a five-year contract.
