Valencia refuse to give up on landing Hamburg midfielder Rafael van der Vaart.

While an approach last Wednesday was given short shrift by Hamburg, Valencia refuse to take 'no' for answer.

While management would have preferred to have completed Van der Vaart's signing in time for their official club presentation this weekend, Valencia have now changed their approach and will push right up to August 31 in order to land the Holland international.
