Valencia winger Vicente rejected bumper offers from Russia in the past week.

After the closure of the Russian transfer market, it has emerged that Rubin Kazan and Spartak Moscow both attempted to prise Vicente away from the Mestalla.

Valencia were willing to cut loose the experienced midfielder, but Vicente has chosen to see out the season with Los Che.

The former Spain international is off contract in June.
