Valencia intend to keep midfielder David Albelda.
After last season's controversies with former president Juan Soler and ex-coach Ronald Koeman, Albelda has been assured by the club's new regime that he has a significant role in their future plans.
New Valencia president Vicente Soriano has already held crunch talks with Albelda's agent to declare he is no longer for sale.
