Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno says he was well aware of the transfer talk swirling around him over the summer

Rodrigo was linked with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid for much of the transfer window.

He recalled: "It's true that they spoke a lot about Real Madrid and Atlético, but I stayed calm.

"As far as I know, there has never been a formal offer from Real.

"I am happy at Valencia."
