Valencia, Real Madrid, Barcelona agree transfer pact

Valencia president Juan Soler has revealed a 'loyalty pact' has been agreed between Los Che and Spanish rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The pact will see no players contacted by any of the three clubs without the presidents granting permission, as Soler confirmed: "We have given our word that no player will be contacted by each of these clubs before we have the green light from the president."

Soler also revealed that Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon had expressed interest in Valencia midfielder David Silva.

"When I told him we did not intend to sell Silva, he said not to worry because Real Madrid would not pursue that target."
