Valencia are ready to sign Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The two clubs enjoy a good relationship thanks to David Silva's move to Eastlands early in the summer.
Santa Cruz came close to signing with Fulham on deadline day, but could move to Spain in January should Valencia coach Unai Emery decide he needs a new striker.
