Valencia are ready to do business with Premier League clubs over Juan Mata.

Mata is currently in Denmark with the Spain U21 squad and is the subject of enquiries from Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool.

Valencia are now set to discuss selling Mata with all three Premier League clubs after striking terms with Getafe for midfielder Dani Parejo, who will arrive as a direct replacement for the Spain international.

Mata is good friends with City star David Silva, though is also close to Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
