Ever Banega is keen for Liverpool to make their interest concrete.
Las Provincias says the 22 year-old Valencia midfielder has welcomed rumours of Liverpool reviving their pursuit of his transfer.
Banega was interesting Liverpool towards the end of last season when Rafa Benitez was in charge and remains on their radar, despite Roy Hodgson's arrival.
The young Argentine, 22, is excited by the prospect of moving to England.
