Valencia are preparing a January bid for Tottenham attacker Moussa Sissoko.

The Sun says Los Che are keen to land the French international who they value at £22million.

Valencia pushed for Sissoko in the summer after his poor first season in North London, but the switch failed to materialise on deadline-day in Spain.

Sissoko's recent upturn in form has not deterred Valencia from having another go at signing him in January.

Valencia are second in La Liga under new boss Marcelino, four points behind leaders Barcelona and four ahead of Real Madrid.
