Valencia are discussing whether to accept Arsenal's latest €40 million bid for Shkodran Mustafi today.
The Gunners made their offer on Thursday, reports Super Deporte, with Los Che's board edging closer to accepting.
Arsenal's opening offer was €18 million, which was thrown out by Valencia, but the Londoners have gradually moved closer to Mustafi's €50 million buyout clause.
Los Che owner Peter Lim is now being encouraged to accept Arsenal's bid so to give them enough time to find a replacement.
Valencia are also expected to sell striker Paco Alcacer in the next 24 hours to Barcelona.
