Valencia must cough up big to sign permanently Watford midfielder Mario Suarez.

AS says Valencia will have to pay a fee of around €6m to sign on-loan Suarez permanently.

Suarez joined the Mestalla club on loan from Watford during the summer transfer window and he has thus far been one of Valencia's best players during an underwhelming start to the season.

An option to sign the midfielder permanently was included in the deal and Valencia must let know Watford know by May if they wish to activate it.

If they choose to do, they will have to pay around €6m to sign the Spaniard on a permanent basis.
