Wigan Athletic winger Luis Antonio Valencia is set to play against FA Cup opponents Tottenham.

Reports from Spain suggest a £15m offer from Real Madrid for Wigan's Ecuadorian wing ace is imminent.

Valencia's agent confirmed earlier this week the 23-year-old star is keen to sign for a club of Madrid's stature should the opportunity arise.

Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has said in the past he would not stand in the way of any Wigan player who lands the chance to join a top club.

Valencia has discussed his future with Wigan boss Steve Bruce and is in the squad for tonight's third round clash with Harry Redknapp's Spurs.
